The plant is complete (MINUS WIRE). THE PLANT WAS PRODUCING 300 TPH WITH THE 55,000 ACFM BAGHOUSE WITH A LARGER BAGHOUSE PRODUCTION COULD REACH 400-450 TPH.
4 BIN COLD FEED SYSTEM: (Model # PC 432) There are four portable 10’ X 14’ bins with bin dividers for extra capacity. The 30” feeders are 12’ long and are driven by 5 hp AC Lincoln TEFC motors. The 30” collector conveyor powered by a 15 hp motor and folds up for transportation. It feeds onto the 4’ X 12’ Smico single deck screen. Aggregates then feed onto a CMI 30” wide 47’ long, heavy channel frame belt scale conveyor that includes the wind guard and gravity take up. Tandem Axle Configuration. RECYCLE PACKAGE: "BIN IS GONE". Conveyor and Screen is Still Available to go with plant Materials are fed through a Broce weigh bridge conveyor system with a 3’ X 4’ single deck scalping screen and then onto a 30” wide by nominal 66’ heavy channel frame belt scale conveyor with gravity take-up and wind guard all mounted on single axle fifth wheel carrier.
PARALLEL FLOW DRUM: The (2005 CMI model PVM-2500), 9'.6' x 42’ long recycle drum is cradle chain driven by a 100 hp motor and a Dodge TXT-10 gearbox. Both ends of the dryer are expanded for better combustion and mixing. The drum sits on a 24” wide flange beam frame manual legs to grade and steel timber footings. A slinger conveyor that is reversible for calibration introduces materials. The Hauck Starjet is model SJL4580 burning #2 diesel or recycled oil. It is powered by a 100 hp TEFC motor. Tandem Axle
