Astec Silos These Astec silos has a nominal capacity of 200 tons. The sidewalls and cone feature four inches of insulation, while the top is insulated with six inches of material. A 16-gauge galvanized metal wrapper encases the insulation, and the 12-foot square top includes a round access hatch for inspection.
Key features include:
- High and low material level indicators.
- 6-ton square anti-segregation batchers (on-site, ready to be mounted to the top).
- Oil-heated cones and gates, equipped with a dedicated pump package and reservoir tank.
- Bolt-on legs for easy transportation.
