Distance is not to exceed 75 miles from the Seller's site where the item is located. Seller will also include 1 set of used steps and miscellaneous used office furniture if minimum selling price is attained. Buyer is not obligated to use Seller's transportation services and may choose to use other qualified transportation providers regardless of sale price. Seller will not perform set up services if seller's transportation services are not used.
