Nebraska Machinery Company

During the first years in business, NMC hit the ground running with several large projects. We were there to provide Caterpillar earthmoving equipment for the Kingsley Dam. The dam holds back the waters of the North Platte River and forms Lake McConaughy – the second largest, hydraulic fill dam in the world. As the US interstate highway system work moved west across Nebraska, NMC contributed to this massive effort. Even with eight decades behind us, we’ve never been more excited to discover what the next 80 years of our story will bring.
