FOUR COLD FEED BINS: 9’ x 11’ top opening on 4 cold feed bins with two (2) conveyors to drum. Collecting conveyor The bins are constructed from 1/4” thick steel plate and each have an 9’ x 11’ top opening. The belt feeder assembly includes drive sheaves, lagged head pulley, self-cleaning tail pulley, 2-ply rated belting, idler rollers, belt take-up assembly, drive guard and adjustable control gate. The aggregate collecting conveyor is 24” powered by a 5 HP motor. The conveyor has an integrated weighbridge Tandem Axles.

DRUM: Drum diameter 6’ x 26’ long parallel flow drum W/O RAP collar &amp; wet wash scrubber with demister stack Four (4) face trunnions are machined and heat treated. Single motor drive package for the belly chain drive system. The trunnions support two steel tires made from one piece forgings. Material is discharged from the drum by abrasion resistant steel sweeper flights through a side discharge chute. An air seal with a wraparound ring is constructed from high temperature belting and installed between the drum and the discharge breeching. Swing down legs, Tandem axles.

WET SCRUBBER: 

SLAT CONVEYOR: The drag type conveyor is driven by a motor through a shaft mounted speed reducer. The chain is pitch roller type, having alloy steel side bars, carburized bushings, case hardened pins and hardened rollers mounted through bearings. The conveyor operates at approximately a fifty (50) degree incline for efficiency and low abrasion. Single axle.

50 TON INSULATED SILO: 

ASPHALT BLENDING SYSTEM: The asphalt pump package consists of a positive displacement asphalt metering pump with a motor. A meter sends a signal to a programmable controller which converts the signal to TPH. Following the pump assembly is a jacketed 3-way air cylinder actuated by-pass valve to pass asphalt to the drum or recirculate it to the tank.

ASPHALT STORTAGE TANK: 20,000 gallon Inferno-therm direct fired A/C tank. The liquid bitumen storage system includes one 20,000 gallon heated asphalt storage. Temperature sensors are tied into the burner controls for heat control of asphalt cement tank. Tank is insulated with unknown thickness of insulation. A 8,000 portable fuel tank is also provided for burner fuel. A.C. Tank is mounted on Tandem Axle, Fuel Tank in Mounted on Single Axle

4 BIN COLD FEED SYSTEM: (Model # PC 432) There are four portable 10’ X 14’ bins with bin dividers for extra capacity. The 30” feeders are 12’ long and are driven by 5 hp AC Lincoln TEFC motors. The 30” collector conveyor powered by a 15 hp motor and folds up for transportation. It feeds onto the 4’ X 12’ Smico single deck screen. Aggregates then feed onto a CMI 30” wide 47’ long, heavy channel frame belt scale conveyor that includes the wind guard and gravity take up. Tandem Axle Configuration. RECYCLE PACKAGE: "BIN IS GONE". Conveyor and Screen is Still Available to go with plant Materials are fed through a Broce weigh bridge conveyor system with a 3’ X 4’ single deck scalping screen and then onto a 30” wide by nominal 66’ heavy channel frame belt scale conveyor with gravity take-up and wind guard all mounted on single axle fifth wheel carrier.

PARALLEL FLOW DRUM: The (2005 CMI model PVM-2500), 9'.6' x 42’ long recycle drum is cradle chain driven by a 100 hp motor and a Dodge TXT-10 gearbox. Both ends of the dryer are expanded for better combustion and mixing. The drum sits on a 24” wide flange beam frame manual legs to grade and steel timber footings. A slinger conveyor that is reversible for calibration introduces materials. The Hauck Starjet is model SJL4580 burning #2 diesel or recycled oil. It is powered by a 100 hp TEFC motor. Tandem Axle
